Subscriptions and paid features

Premium features may be offered on recurring or one-time terms depending on the plan shown at checkout. Pricing, renewal timing, and what is included are presented before payment.

Purchases are subject to the applicable checkout terms and our Refund Policy. Canceling stops future renewal but does not automatically create a retroactive refund unless required by law or specifically approved.

Safety and moderation enforcement

AfroVibe may investigate abuse reports, fake-profile concerns, fraud indicators, payment misuse, or serious violations of community rules. We may preserve relevant safety records where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce policy, or comply with law.

Service availability and limitation

We try to keep AfroVibe available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect compatibility, or that every match will result in a relationship. The platform is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
