Cancellation

You can cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future billing. Cancellation keeps access through the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

When refunds may be considered

  • Duplicate or clearly accidental charges.
  • A purchased feature was not delivered because of a verified technical issue on our side.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer law or platform billing rules.

What is not typically refundable

  • Time already used on an active subscription period.
  • Dissatisfaction based only on match outcomes, response rates, or personal chemistry.
  • Charges incurred because a user forgot to cancel before renewal, except where law requires otherwise.
