Account access

  • If an account was disabled for safety reasons, support may ask for more context before restoring access.

Safety support

If someone is abusive, suspicious, or impersonating another person, report the profile and block the user as soon as possible. Our team reviews moderation tickets and may preserve relevant safety records.

Do not send money, do not share banking details, and do not move fast because of pressure. Fraud often starts with urgency, emotional manipulation, or a request to continue off-platform immediately.

Billing and premium help

  • Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected at purchase unless canceled before renewal.
  • If premium access did not apply correctly, contact support with your purchase email and approximate payment date.
  • Read the Refund Policy for eligibility, exceptions, and cancellation details.

Privacy and data requests

Members can request account deletion and data deletion support through the public Data Deletion page or by contacting support. Google Play reviewers and users should be able to locate those instructions without signing in.
